Today marked the closing of Sherrie's play. There was a matinee at 2 and the final performance at 7:00 p.m.
The first picture is of Patty Edgin who used to live in our ward and whose son I have been visiting in jail (actually a half-way house) every couple of weeks for the past year or two.
Emily, Brad, and Annie, came to our matinee performance.
The little boy in the pictures with me was entranced by the alligator "costume" and wanted to have his picture taken. His dad was one of the leads and his mom was the main choreographer.
Josh's family came by during the "lull" between the performances (Sherrie and I were back home for a few minutes) and the attended the evening performance. They were on the front row right in front of where I was "dancing", from time to time. The little girls seemed to really enjoy it. Even Marisol was watching (and not crying!)
Sue Aguiar and her friend, Gayle Moreau, drove up Saturday morning to see the production and stayed overnight with us.
The producer's husband took lots of performing pictures and is going to give me a disk. I'll put those pictures up as well.
Will filmed the play so if the file isn't too huge, I may put it up (or a least portions.)
