A fun morning just relaxing.
Check out the fifth picture...Josh named it the "jungle mullet" picture. Sherrie said she was having a bad hair day.
We spent the morning relaxing and doing a little shopping in the only store on the property.
Josh and I headed to the zip lines in the afternoon...8 cables with the longest being about a half mile long and with speeds up to 55 miles per hour. Lots of adrenaline.
The lady in the yellow shirt had been too afraid to ride down alone on the lines so she had been going down with the first guide. The line in the picture, at one point, goes too close to the ground, however, to support the weight of two people and serious injury can occur if you hit the ground at 50 miles an hour. She said she wasn't going down without anyone. But there was no way back. We convinced her that she should just try sitting in the harness and getting comfortable before she headed down. She did but kept saying, "don't let me go, don't let me go, til I'm ready." Of course, as soon as she sat into the harness, the guide slung her down the hill as fast as he could. She did just fine and gave us all a big hug.
After dinner we went swimming for awhile and then had some dessert and headed to the barn.
